Update on planning application 3880/17/OPA:
Outline application for the erection of 8 dwellings, access and associated landscaping, East Of Creek Close Frogmore Devon.
An appeal has been made against the decision to refuse planning permission.
The Parish Council was notified of the appeal on Thursday and will be preparing a further response based on the Appeal documentation.
The appeal will be discussed at our meeting on Monday, and parishioners are welcome to make representation to us or seek advice during the Open Forum.
