As determined at the 19th February meeting, the Parish Council submitted a response to the appellant’s Planning Appeal submission on 5th March 2018. The document is available Here.
A key requirement under the Government’s National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) is an assessment of whether a necessary development could be accommodated elsewhere outside the AONB. This assessment was not fully addressed in the planning application. The Parish Council has submitted evidence that alternative sites are available outside the AONB.
