DROP IN SESSION: CONSULTATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE ON REPRESENTATION

At the 19th February Parish Council meeting, parishioners requested more information and clarity regarding the applicant’s Appeal against the decision of South Hams District Council. Specific requests were made for guidance on how to ensure that the views of the community and individuals would be represented to the Inspector.
This was of particular concern since the representations made by parishioners no longer appear on the planning portal and have therefore been omitted from the SHDC document submission to the Inspector. Your Council is seeking to have this situation rectified.

You have until 6th March 2018 to submit your view.
