SNOW UPDATE – 3.30pm Sunday 18th March
Still no official news/updates from Devon County Council Control Centre but I can report that, whilst it is still snowing, the lanes through Sherford, Mill Lane in Frogmore, the A379 and roads in Kingsbridge itself (including Fore Street and Church Street) are wet but clear of snow. I must assume that Truck roads are also clear.
Because of the residual road temperatures, and the gritting yesterday, the snow isn’t settling on the roads but the forecast is for -3C overnight so watch out for icy conditions in the morning.
